Job description
Stores Executive in the education industry typically plays a crucial role in managing the procurement and inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for schools .
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for complete inventory management of the school.
- Maintaining keeping all the documents updated, related to receipts, issues stock of materials.
- Proper Coordination with other departments for smooth process flow.
- Maintaining accurate records of Assets, IT items issued received from Employees and Asset data of the school.
- Follow-ups with team for timely delivery of materials informing the concerned person on the same.
- All the bills need to be submitted to the A/c s dept on time after verification with respect to qty price.
- Physical Verification of materials received in the campus.
- Complete physical stock verification of Stores stock on Quarterly basis.
- Reconciliation of Stocks Sales.
- To maintain minimum inventory level of regular/moving items.
- Handling Point of Sales, addressing queries submission of POS reports on same day.
- Warehouse Management, keeping it disciplined and easy to handle items
- Accurate gathering data required for projections.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and administrators.
