Role & Responsibilities
- Working on the leads provided by VRM and meeting the Channel partners directly.
- Explaining the association benefits and USP of our company to channel partners,
- Achieving the Loan Disbursement sales target through the pool of Channel Partners.
- Collect the documents and activate credit on file assessment.
- Sending regular marketing feedback based on -payout / Product and policy.
- Processing the file to the login stage by collecting the complete list of documents from clients.
- Be the Interface between the client and the operations team from sourcing to sanction of the Lead.
- Ensure agreement signing post sanction of loan and resolve queries of customers.
- Maintaining a record of all the loan sanction letter copies.
- Resolving payout-related issues and providing updates to Channel Partners of the same.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience
- Good Communication skills ( Mandatory: English & Kannada / Tamil). Hindi is an additional plus.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services (Loans) industry is a must.
- Good Experience in Zoom Meetings, Google skills, and adaptability to CRMs.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Familiarity with local markets and regulations is a plus.
