Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant for hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to Chairman and managing the administrative tasks efficiently ensuring seamless communication and providing crucial support to enhance the overall productivity of the executive team.

Job Responsibilities

• Should be a thorough professional and will be responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the Chairman of the company.
• She will have access to the sensitive and personal information. She needs excellent integrity and welldeveloped sense of direction to protect the organization and stakeholders.
• Act as the Single point of contact for the Chairman and liaison between him and executives employees clients and other external partners.
• Manage the Chairmans Schedule
• Maintain Strict Confidence with sensitive information sensitive matters requiring the highest levels of confidentiality.
• Provide administrative Support and Manage information flow in a timely accurate manner to the right person
• Manage chairmans calendars and set up meetings.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements for chairman.
• Liaison with the accounts team to make the Chairmans expenses and prepare weekly monthly or quarterly reports.
• Oversee the performance of personal staff and drivers and report the same to the chairman.
• Format information for internal and external communication memos emails presentations reports.
• Take minutes during meetings and circulate to the respective stakeholders
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the personal documentation file.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent
• Proven experience of 510years as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
• Females Preferred
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and flexibility to a dynamic work environment.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
