Job description
General Accounting:
- Maintaining Accounts Payable
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliation
- Handling employee claims
Payroll Support
- Co-ordinating with new Joinees for opening salary Accounts with Bank
- Co-ordinating with Bank for creation of Food Cards for Flexi payments
- Investments verification
Statutory Activities
- Filing of TDS quarterly returns & Issuing Form 16A
- Filing of monthly Professional Tax return
- Filing of GST returns
MIS Reports & Audit:
- Preparation of Consolidated Cash Flow statement
- Preparation of Consolidated Spent Report
- Assistance to Statutory AuditÂ
- Business Forecast & P&L
- Must have knowledge of Financial/Statutory compliances across India.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Educational background: B.Com, M.Com (Regular).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office and Tally software.
- Expertise in Excel with the ability to handle complex financial data.
- Excellent English communication skills.
