Job description
Job Responsibilities:
EXL provides consulting and analytics support to fortune 500 companies across multiple industry domains. For this role, you will be supporting the marketing media analytics team of one of our clients in the Sports Vertical. Key responsibilities include
- Understand the client's business requirements, translate into a business problem, design the analytical framework and develop solution (strategic or predictive)to solve the business problem
- Strongly understand the marketing media ecosystem, marketing media KPIs/measurement, growth & analytics to improve engagement & fan experience through strategic campaigns
- Provide thought leadership (both technical & business) design Methodology for Problem Solving & mentor the team in producing an error free deliverable
- Provide Analytics driven insights and next steps in campaign deployments and effective segmentations
- Communicate and present analytics findings and solutions to internal and external audiences, using clear and compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage an offshore team of 2 - 3 team members (based out of India) and guide them in their deliverables.
- Contribute to the team through mentorship, technical methods, improvements in how we work
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ Years of working experience in the areas of strategic Analytics or consulting in sports and media domain or in a related field
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or) math heavy degrees from top-tier universities with strong record of achievement
- Proficient in SQL,Python. Pyspark knowledge would be a plus
- Able to work with minimal instruction and oversight, conduct multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintain relationships with senior leaders, and own deliverables end to end
- Experience using data for storytelling and presenting research findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong verbal and business communication skills
