Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor at Crack-ED. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day communications with prospective students in order to help them make informed decisions about their educational journey. Other tasks will include conducting campus tours, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in Sales and/or Education
• Ability to build relationships with prospective students and families
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in admissions, knowledge of higher education trends and policies, and proficiency in a second language (e.g. Hindi, Marathi).
