Job Description: • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in consulting, project / program management and business analysis. • 4+ years of experience working within the investment management (buy-side) and/or financial services industry. • 4+ years of experience managing medium, complex programs /projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing using various SDLC methodologies especially Agile & lean. • Project/Program delivery experience in data warehousing, data management and cloud technology projects. • Must have meeting facilitation skills including setting agendas, task management, time management, taking minutes, managing documentation, and action item management both formal and informal settings. • Experience effectively managing programs/projects through shared resources internal and external (vendor /consultant) resources global delivery modal. • Experience developing strategic investment proposals or business cases (including cost benefit analysis). • Must be able to multi-task, problem solve, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities. • Knowledge of change management processes and industry best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and influencing skills ability to effect change in a matrix managed environment. • Ability to receive and provide feedback. • Proficiency in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint. Experience with Project Management tools. • Understand and is current with industry trends and can relate aspects to our business and influence business leaders accordingly. • Familiarity with operations & resourcing Mandatory Skills : Data warehousing, Data management, Cloud, Operations resourcing experience.Job tags
