Job description
Owner of Regional Business Operations with responsibility for the respective region andreporting from amulti levelorganization with focus on achieving the Business revenue
Operational management of and accountability for Business Operations in reginal CSO's, leadingcoaching the BOP organization with a mindset of positive leadership
Continuous improvement of regional Business support organization and realization of a leansetup according to blueprint.
Ensure high quality of services as defined in Global Service Catalog with user and customerorientation along with global best practices
Drive business process standardization, improvement, and automation (including RPA,workflow automation, process mining, regional reporting automation) in close collaborationwith Excellence teams
Taking ownership of change management and culture development
Active support in development of BOP strategic topics, leading global projects within BOP,working out procedures of new BOP topics / tasks, regional representative in steeringcommittees for various strategic topics
Support and implementation of central projects & BOP concepts and application of centralguidelines & templates
Collaboration incl. regular input & alignment with BOP Center of Competence, all stakeholdersin region & external partners
Close alignment with sales function on Regional level
Audit Confirmity - alignment with central guidelines and process with in the region andoperative governance
Customer Logistics - Planning & Distribution
Senior leadership experience in respectivearea( 10 years) & experience of steering cross-Excellence and cross-regional teams
Deep experience and proven track recordingprocess-oriented organizations (e.g.customerservice & sales enablement)
Strong communication, conceptional &analytical skills
Budget management andplanningexperience
Service orientation for internal and externalcustomers
