Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Analyst. The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for executing financial modeling, analytical skills, due diligence, finance and investment banking related day-to-day tasks. Preferably working hrs in EST (US) timezone.

Qualifications

• Financial Modeling, Analytical Skills, and Due Diligence expertise
• Experience in financial services, investment banking and finance
• Track project activity
• Set up and maintain virtual data rooms
• Attend client meetings and presentations to potential buyers/investors, as required.
• Preferably International Market experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields. MBA or CFA qualifications would be beneficial.
