Job description
Project Manager (MEP)
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Proven experience in managing MEP system installations in construction projects, Swimming pool company projects preferred.
 Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, Heat Load calculations and plumbing systems and relevant codes and standards.
 Project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
 Prepare Engineering Designs and Calculations for, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Collection and Treatment Systems, Electrical Systems, Pumping Systems, in compliance to all local and international codes and guidelines.
 Prepare & give inputs Drawings along with Engineering Design Plans.
 Validate design issues and suggest alternative solutions to aid in corrective works
 Execute regular site assessments to monitor quality and compliance for works being executed.
 Provide oversight for the installation and commissioning of MEP works.
 Prepare, Scopes, Design Criteria, Employers Requirements and Terms of Reference for projects
 Hands on experience in using CAD software.
Location : Hyderabad
Salary 35000 – 40000 PM inclusive of Local transport,
Âcandidates should have valid DL & 2 / 4-wheeler preferably .
