Role : Workday Digital Program Management
Experience : 3 to 6 Yrs
Immediate to 15 days joiner
Responsibilities:
- Work with developers, business analysts, HR business partners and quality assurance staff to ensure that they fully understand the requirements, which includes reviewing technical, functional specifications from various vendors and detailed testing documentation.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans for Workday projects, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Oversee all aspects of Workday integration project execution, including requirements gathering, vendor selection, design, development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT developers, and external vendors, to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor project progress and actively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and provide regular status updates.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and issue logs.
- Analyze integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage change requests and ensure they are properly evaluated and implemented.
- Stay up to date on the latest Workday integration technologies and best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the IT or ERP implementation domain.
- Strong understanding of Workday Integration Cloud (WIC) or related integration platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based integration platforms.
- Experience managing integrations with third-party applications.
- Knowledge of data management and data transformation principles.
