writes blog posts about latest industry-related topics, produces marketing copy for advertising products and promotes a company's content on social media .
- Develop and implement social media strategy to optimize presence in driving higher levels of brand engagement
- Create content for social media channels and website
- Recommend, develop and produce new website content to generate more traffic and engagement.
- Promoting content on social media and also monitoring engagement (e.g., shares and comments)
- Editing and proofreading content before publication
- Undertake social media audit, benchmark against competitors
- Use appropriate analytical software such Google analytics, Hootsuite etc to help formulate and structure engaging and appealing content
Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets Manage, create and publish original, high quality content
Shooting live event video coverage Creating GIFs, social media images and live shooting social media videos
Editing video content for social media channels Working with internal teams to gather materials/ information for social media postings
Writing some content pieces for social and other channels Updating the web content as needed
Developing social media and content plans Working with the agency of record on the development of the content and posts
Managing responses on social media pages Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
