Leadership and Team Management:

- Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.

- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.

Strategic Sales Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Sales Execution:


- Drive the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.

- Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Relationship Building :

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.

Training and Development :

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive continuous improvement
