The associate HR ccom office admin will report to the management team.

Job Overview HR

We are looking for an HR with experience in IT to join our team who can implement and improve the different human resource programs in the organization and office administration and operations management.

Probationary period will be 3 months

 

Responsibilities and Duties

The associate undertakes a wide range of HR tasks like recruitment, onboarding, handling employee leaves, benefits of tech staff etc. Also, as Office admin, you responsibility for office Filing of documents, ensuring smooth operations of the office

 

· Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

· Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

· Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

· Undertake tasks around performance management

· Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

· Specific target for onboarding of engineers will be adhered to.

·

· Co-ordinate with various management levels and collate the staff requirement and specific technical expertise to hire job specific candidates.

· To be able to source out free job portals for advertising

· Efficient in handling LinkedIn company profile.

· Rate card preparation

· Must be willing to visit colleges, placement centers to conduct mass interviews, motivate and hire candidates.

· Must have two wheeler

· Required good knowledge of staff co-ordination and team building activities.

ADMIN roles and responsibilities

1. Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the office by managing correspondence, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

2. Communication : Facilitate effective communication within the office by drafting and distributing memos, emails, and other forms of correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Record Keeping : Maintain and update office records, including employee records, client databases, and filing systems. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.

4. Office Maintenance : Oversee office facilities, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

5. Project Assistance : Support various projects within the office by conducting research, preparing reports, and collaborating with team members to meet project goals and deadlines.
