- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding spares parts.
- Preparing and sending quote
- Follow up with inter dept. for execute the dispatch process.
- Managing the sales process through NAV system.
- Meeting daily , weekly , and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customer for outstanding payment
Qualification / Skill :
- BBA / B.Com with 2-3 Yrs. experience in related field or equivalent.
- Strong Verbal and written communication skill and Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software programs.
