Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor located in Bengaluru. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, and communication with various teams to ensure project completion. The Civil Supervisor will also need to provide effective supervisory skills to subordinates.
Qualifications
- Experience in site supervision and quality control
- Strong communication skills
- Effective supervisory skills to manage subordinates
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in the building/construction industry
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications
