Job description
Job Description : - Overall, 6 years+ working as a Salesforce Administrator handling system configuration, user support, and customization.- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform including user management, security settings, record types, page layouts, workflow rules, and processes.- Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards in Salesforce.- Support end-users by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and addressing inquiries related to Salesforce functionality and usage.- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, and Service Console.- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator & Service Cloud Consultant is a plus.
