Job description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and training manuals
- Deliver training sessions using various methods, ensuring an interactive and impactful learning experience
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
- Develop tracker for the competencies gaps identified and to close the gaps in Core Competencies as per Hay Groups
- Coordinate with vendors for organizing / conducting training programs at in house.
- Vendor management – initiation, negotiation and processing payments for both internal and external programs
- Training program management inclusive of logistic arrangements for internal programs
- Closing the SLA as per the training plan
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications in training and development is a plus.
Proven experience in curriculum development, and delivering training programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative learning methodologies.
6-8 years of experience in HR – L&D/OD and at least 3 + years of experience in L&D of a large infrastructure industry is desire.
