Job Description Product Support engineer with 3-5 years
Skills & Competencies - Hands-on experience on installation, configuration and integration of Avaya UC and CC product lines.
- Product Knowledge required – Avaya Aura CM, SM, SMGR, SBCE, AES, CMS, Messaging, AMS, AAEP, WFO, CC Elite, Webrtc, AADS, AAWG, Avaya oceana,Ccaas , Avaya Analytics etc.
- Ability to contribute to deliver the project on time.
- Knowledge in deploying application on VMware.
- Proficient in enterprise management tools and processes.
- knowledge on Jira and SLA's
Other skills:
SIP, h.323, Linux, VMware, Cloud contact center, Networking, webrtc , Azure, GCP, AWS etc.
