Job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude.
- Answer screen and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about the companys services and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail emails and faxes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule appointments and assist in managing conference room reservations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation.
- Support the office staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and industry practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
