Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer to deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft 365 and MS Teams Administration for a contractual period of 6 months.

The trainer should have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft cloud products, particularly O365, MS365, Azure, and MS Teams and his / her primary responsibilities will include conducting virtual instructor-led training sessions and ensuring an engaging learning experience for all participants.

Time Zone: EST: UTC05:00 and Mode of Training : VILT

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual instructor-led training sessions on Microsoft cloud products, including O365, MS365, Azure, and MS Teams.
• Customize training materials and content to meet the specific needs of participants.
• Facilitate hands-on labs and exercises to reinforce learning objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training program.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Microsoft cloud technologies.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in a relevant field.
• Extensive training experience in Microsoft cloud technologies, with a focus on MS365 and MS Teams administration.
• Certification in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, or Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert.

1. Microsoft Certified Trainer
2. Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate OR Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
3. Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
