Edelman India is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who is tech-driven and is commercially and technically savvy.Reporting and working alongside a number of key Senior Management Executives, you will represent their offices and be their first point of contact for internal and external parties within India and the Region.
The responsibilities will be varied, highly confidential, and will require a high level of discretion and judgment. You will be required to provide all day-to-day administrative support to these Executives and will need to be articulate, confident, and driven. You will be encouraged to work on your own initiative and to get to know the business inside out in order to deliver a first-class support service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Function as the liaison between the Senior Executives and staff, clients, etc.
- Prepare internal/external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering, and routing correspondence basis the Executives' discretion.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by the Executives, based on requirements.
- Complete Schedule and Diary management: scheduling meetings, gatekeeping, and ensuring the smooth running of the executives' offices.
- End-to-end travel arrangement: coordination with travel agencies for airfare and visas, booking accommodation, preparing itinerary and portfolio and transfers.
- Coordinate work involving confidential company and personnel-related information, senior level interviews, etc.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings for the Executives and lead all logistical arrangements.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or relevant field with at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leaders with regional remits.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning and using systems for tasks including expense reporting, timesheets, contacts management, etc.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment independently and with a team.
- Excellent communication skills in speaking, writing, and non-verbal communication, with the ability to adjust communication style to accommodate diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship management skills with a good presence and ability to build partnerships with other Executive Assistants and their Executives.
- This is a contractual role.
