Job description

Experience: 2-3 Year Experience in accounting work.

Responsibility:

1. Be the Accounts coordinator for the company.
2. Coordinate with an Outsourced Accounting firm for all accounting related activity.
3. Follow up for payments.
4. Handle vendors/utility services and their payments/renewals.
5. Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams. Identifying and resolving accounting issues.
6. Handling of all cash transactions and maintain petty cash book.
7. Be observant on cost cutting and ensure all payable amounts are verified.
8. Record keeping / filing in neat and proper manner.
9. Check that all statutory compliances of the company are met in a timely manner.
10. Take care of some HR document related work.
11. Any other task given by the management.

Requirement:

1. Decent communication skills and good interpersonal skills
2. Ability to streamline and organise tasks.
3. Ability to check documents and have an eye to catch any discrepancy
4. Ability to follow up for payments, as needed.
5. Computer proficiency.
