Role/ Job Title: Training & Resourcing Lead - Retail Liabilities
Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities
Job Purpose:
Incumbent will be responsible for building and enhancing the capabilities of our front-end employees in retail banking, who are instrumental in driving the growth of our liabilities book. Incumbent will work closely with the business and other stakeholders to develop and implement a holistic capability roadmap that aligns with our strategic vision of delivering a differentiated customer experience and engagement through our channel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing career paths and progression opportunities for front-end job families in retail liabilities, and providing clear guidance on how to grow and advance within the channel.
- Identifying best practices, success stories, and knowledge gaps across the channel, and designing and executing initiatives to share, learn, and improve.
- Designing and implementing training programs for new hires, existing employees, and potential candidates, covering topics such as industry trends, product knowledge, sales techniques, and regulatory requirements
- Ensuring continuous learning opportunities are available to employees through various modes and platforms, such as e-learning, webinars, podcasts, etc.
- Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to create a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Play advisory role for front end hiring for all retail liabilities channels by ensuring quality hiring with value & branding, talent pool sourcing, screening, assessment & onboarding process with HR talent acquisition team.
- Find and implement innovative ways, initiatives, tools and technologies to simplify processes, automate tasks, and enhance efficiency without affecting customer experience.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor in Management
Post Graduation: PGDM / MBA
Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience
