Job Role: Technical Content Writer Location - Thane Who are we looking for: ● Someone who has a knack of playing with words ● Who can understand the product, the audience and align it with the right communication ● Who can create compelling copies/caption that aligns with brand ● Who can create tech-based content ● Who has basic understanding of development terminologies and can create documentation Top 3 daily tasks: ● Collaborate with the community head to discuss the upcoming blogs or posts in the community. ● Collaborate with the technical team to understand features and softwares to create guides/tutorials ● Understand the needs/req of the users in the community and plan content calendars ● Coordinate with the video production team to communicate the visuals for the content Minimum work experience is required: ● 3 to 5 years of work experience. Top 5 Skills you should possess: ● Research and analyze ● Create interesting but relevant hooks for the content ● Attention to detail, knowing what works on different platforms and for different audience ● Ability to segment the content type with the communication to be passed on ● Creativity and curiosity What would you be expected to do : ● Writing clear, concise and grammatically correct blogs ● Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication ● Understanding different language styles that appeal to various target markets ● Understand the customer journey and their pain points to curate content that aligns with it ● Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voiceJob tags
