Role Description

This is a Full-time Talent Acquisition Manager role located on-site in Jaipur. As a Talent Acquisition Manager your primary role will be to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans in order to acquire top talent and maintain a strong employer brand. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Must have 2+ years of Experience as team-lead / manager in IT recruitment domain
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and creating an attractive candidate experience
• Experience in Interviewing, scheduling and tracking candidates and maintaining candidate pipeline
• Ability to recruit for various positions ranging from technical to non-technical roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring needs in a timely manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with various hiring tools and platforms is a plus
