Cyara automated testing tool
Nuance Mix Design skill set
Visio Tool expertise
Splunk
CICD knowledge and Agile Methodology
Software development includes new projects maintenance small changes and diagnostics of operational defects delivered in sprints.
Created test driven development using test cases created by automated testing software (Cyara)
Work collaboratively with both infrastructure and development teams to diagnose production support issues
Skills Required:
Cisco CVP Java Rest Web Services UCCE ICM
Experience Required:
3 years of experience in working on CISCO UCCE development Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development:
Education Required:
BE or equivalent professional degree
