Job description
Recommending / Conducting Property & Project Appraisal.
Sourcing / Recommending Projects for MF / APS.
Conducting Visit & Preparation of TSR for Project Technical.
Ensuring compliance as per technical policy & process.
Recommending Technical Agency for Appointment.
Coordination with Technical Agency.
Vetting & Approval of reports submitted by the technical associate / Technical Manager/ technical agency. The ATM can approve any report for a Property which is within Municipal limits and with all approvals in place. Else the ATM has to recommend the case further to RTM.
Adherence to TAT requirements.
To monitor construction progress for under construction property.
Periodic circulation of Technical Visit MIS & MIS reports required from time to time.
Monitoring of Technical OTC PDD & ensuring timely closure of the same.
Update Property Base Rate Index.
Recommending for update in negative / caution area list.
Timely resolving audit queries.
Recommending deviation / exceptional cases to RTM.
