·Information Dissemination: Providing detailed information about study programs, universities, colleges, and courses available in different countries.
·Admission Guidance: Assisting students in the application process for universities or colleges abroad, including guidance on required documents, application deadlines, and entry requirements.
·Visa and Immigration Support: Providing guidance on visa applications, required documentation, and immigration procedures necessary for studying abroad.
·Financial Guidance: Offering advice on financial planning, including tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and potential funding options available for international students.
·Cultural and Social Orientation: Offering insights into the cultural, social, and lifestyle differences in the destination country to help students adapt more easily.
·Academic Planning: Assisting in academic planning by helping students choose suitable courses and programs aligned with their career goals and aspirations.
·Pre-departure Briefing: Conducting pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for the transition, covering aspects like accommodation, healthcare, travel, and academic expectations.
·Post-arrival Support: Offering support to students upon their arrival in the foreign country, including guidance on settling in, understanding academic systems, and accessing support services.
·Mental Health Support: Providing guidance and resources for managing potential challenges, homesickness, and mental health issues that students may face while studying abroad.
·Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, immigration authorities, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate a smooth process for students.
·Follow-Up and Feedback: Conducting follow-ups with students to ensure their adjustment and addressing any concerns they might have during their study abroad experience.
