Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Technical Lead with expertise in Azure services, design patterns, and Java technologies. As a Senior Java Technical Lead, you will play a key role in leading our development team, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.

Responsibilities:

> Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.

> Design and implement scalable, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and other Java frameworks.

Â
> Architect and develop solutions on Azure stack, utilizing various Azure services and offerings.

Â
> Implement and optimize design patterns to solve complex software engineering problems.

Â
> Utilize Azure services such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Application Insight to enhance application functionality and performance.

Â
> Integrate and optimize the use of various message buses, including but not limited to Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, and Kafka.

Â
> Implement and optimize caching strategies using REDIS cache and Azure API Manager.

Â
> Work with NO SQL databases such as MongoDB/Cosmos DB and traditional databases including SQL Server, Oracle, MYSQL, and Postgres.

> Implement microservices architecture using Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Azure Functions.

Â
> Proficient in ELK stack and Docker for log analysis and management.

Â
> Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

Â
> Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

> Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
