Job Overview
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Air-Hostess with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The Air-Hostess will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience as an Air-Hostess
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good physical fitness and ability to handle demanding situations
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
- Valid Air Hostess training certification
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome passengers on board and ensure their comfort throughout the flight
- Assist passengers in finding their seats and provide safety instructions
- Handle inflight service, including serving meals and beverages
- Address passenger inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and cabin crew during flight
- Perform emergency procedures when necessary
- Coordinate with the flight crew for smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cabin
