Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, discuss progress.
Task Assignment: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring a balanced workload and efficient use of resources. Oversee the execution of tasks.
Architecture: Collaborate with the team to define and implement software architecture best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance of .NET applications. and Environment Setup.
Qualifications:
Experience (8 years) in .NET development, with strong proficiency in C#, , and .NET Core.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Prior experience (4 years) in a leadership or team lead role, with demonstrated ability to lead.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is preferred.
