Inside Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and qualifying leads, generating new business, maintaining customer satisfaction, and building and fostering relationships with clients.

• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Experience in the BPO and digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
