Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations, among other responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Relevant professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus
• Should be able to read write and communicate in Marathi, Hindi and English.
