Job description
Role Purpose Statement:
? Ensure dispatch of finished & Semi Finished & By Products goods as per customer schedules &
requirement.
? Ensure proper yard management.
? Manage Loading operation within budget for KP plant.
Main Accountabilities:
? Loading of all vehicles intime.
? Inventory management and data in FG warehouse.
? Ensure the proper Stock take and record.
? Ensure the stock in SAP vs physical stock.
? Responsible for Equipment optimization & Manpower utilization.
? Ensure to FG Load in proper way and correct quantity.
? Ensuring FIFO in dispatch & supervision of stock aging.
? Maintaining Housekeeping K and food safety
? Conduct shift wise TBT & Proper handover take over.
? Ensuring proper loading with safety and quality vehicle.
? Maximize load ability of trucks.
? Product handling with zero damage.
? MIS & documentation.
? To make success of EWM.

? Time lead of dispatch schedule
? Plan V/s Actual – 100% adherence
? Safety – No LTI
? 100% follow of food safety
? Cost reducing
? Analyses transit damage & make strategy to prevent transit damage
