Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
• Manage phone calls and direct inquiries.
• Provide administrative support and handle basic office tasks.
• Ensure a secure and well-maintained reception area.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in office equipment and Microsoft Office.
• Positive and professional behaviour in a fast-paced environment.
