Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni relations program that effectively engages and cultivates relationships with alumni.
Collaborate with multiple departments across the college to facilitate alumni involvement in student mentorship programs, guest speaking opportunities, and career development initiatives.
Track and evaluate the success of alumni engagement efforts through metrics such as event attendance, participation rates, and alumni feedback.
Develop and maintain a strong online presence for alumni relations, including managing social media accounts and alumni websites.
Act as a bridge between students and college management.
Provide support for organization and execution of events as and when necessary.
Generate reports for various accreditation standards.
Travel for Alumni meets whenever required.
Communicates, on behalf of the Alumni Relations Office with Faculty, Staff, Alumni & Students.
Compose and prepare correspondence that could at times be confidential
To develop and manage a multi-year plan of activity for alumni engagement activity through events and communications.
To lead on delivering key alumni engagement activities such as reunions, professional networking, volunteering opportunities and careers-focused events.
To work with the Director – SNIST to increase the level of communication consent for alumni of the College.
To maintain excellent relationships with all HOD’s and Employees.
Contribute to wider departmental plans and strategy as appropriate.
Requirements
Education Qualification: Graduate / Post - Graduate
At least 2 years of experience in alumni relations, preferably in an education management setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Familiarity with alumni engagement platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
