Job description

BE with minimum 4 years of experience /Diploma with minimum8 Years of experience with consistent high performance demonstrating thecompetencies required for Area Manager Service. Traits Teamwork, Diplomacy& Tact, Empathy & Customer Focus, Communication Skills, Executionorientation.

Role Description:

1.Capacity Expansion and increase in Service Market Share

Dealer Business Growth & Profitability:

a) Improve Service business of dealer by taking countermeasures to increase free services redemption and overall service inflow

b) To improve service operational efficiency in workshop toimprove profitability

c) Diagnose critical technical issues

d) Sale of service business enabling instruments likeassurance penetration etc

3) Performance of TM/SE

Deployment of new projects through TMs

4) Service Network:

a) Appointment of ASC/IDASC/IDB according to competitornetwork mapping

b) Appointing CSPs & Parts retailer in the market forCustomer reach.

5) Customer Satisfaction:

a) Customer Call Resolution

b) Same day delivery

c) First Time Right

6) Parts Business:

a) Achieving the parts target of the dealer/APS and ensuringthem for the eligibility on incentives

b) To improve the parts distribution in the market

7) Product Quality

a) Product feedback to be given regularly to HO to improveproduct quality

8) People Effectiveness:

a) Ensure the availability of Trained manpower across thenetwork

b) Control Attrition
