Sponsorship Sales Manager

Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sponsorship Sales Manager/Head to drive sponsorship revenue for our events across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sponsorship sales within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy for events hosted by F bar F Cafe F House and F Brewery franchises.
- Identify potential sponsors and create compelling sponsorship packages.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing sponsors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and tailor sponsorship packages accordingly.
- Event Collaboration:
- Work closely with the events team to integrate sponsorships seamlessly into event plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met or exceeded.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sponsorship revenue targets.
- Negotiate and finalize sponsorship agreements while ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market demands to identify new sponsorship opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales within the hospitality or events industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Creativity in developing innovative sponsorship packages.
- Familiarity with the hospitality and entertainment sector.
Working Conditions:
- PAN India role with potential travel.
- Fulltime position.
- Monday to Friday are potential working day
