Project: This is a commercial project in Thane.
Your responsibilities will include:
Participating in the initial planning stages of a project.
Analyzing site conditions, assessing environmental impact, and developing civil work timelines and budgets along with the vertical team.
Understanding detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Ensuring that construction activities comply with project specifications, engineering codes, and safety regulations.
Monitoring progress, quality of work, and adherence to schedules.
Collaborating with procurement teams to source and select materials and equipment required for construction projects.
Preparing progress reports, construction and technical specifications, and other project-related documents.
Keeping records of changes, modifications, and issues encountered during construction.
Communicating project requirements, progress, and challenges effectively.
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective communication among team members to achieve project goals.
Incorporating environmentally conscious design principles and strategies into their projects to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
Liaising with the subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and the general workforce involved in the project.
Communicating with clients and their representatives includes attending regular meetings to keep them informed of the project's progress.
Assisting in resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
About you
You will have a degree qualification in civil engineering. You have experience of projects of a similar nature.
You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
