As an Oracle OCI Support Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and expertise to our clients utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from renowned organizations like L&T, Tata Group, Amazon, IBM, Siemens, and Wipro, to small and medium-sized enterprises, ensuring their OCI environments are running smoothly and effectively.

This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of Oracle OCI services, including compute, storage, networking, security, and database offerings. You will collaborate closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise, provide guidance on best practices for OCI implementation and usage, and assist with performance optimization. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our OCI support offerings, keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise to clients utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OCI compute, storage, networking, security, and database offerings
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide guidance on OCI implementation and usage
• Assist with performance optimization and help clients maximize the benefits of OCI services
• Contribute to the enhancement of our OCI support offerings and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services
• Strong knowledge of OCI compute, storage, networking, security, and database offerings
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to OCI services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
• Familiarity with industry-standard certifications related to OCI, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Architect Associate, is a plus
