Lead Manager / Senior Manager / Principal - Subsidiary Finance The role broadly requires to: Experience in Implementing Financial ERP or SaaS based ERP. Prepare Annual Business plans and maintain budgetary controls (including coordination and support to local subsidiary team and business finance global delivery team) Collaborate with Subsidiary business team and enable them to drive strategic goals of Subsidiary as well as Infosys. Drive the month close of subsidiary including preparation of financial statements for group level consolidation. Publish monthly forecasts, flash and MIS reports. Responsible to prepare any additional/ adhoc reports required by the management. Responsible for all statutory financial compliances (such as in the areas of Statutory audits, Taxation, Secretarial, etc in coordination with the local subsidiary finance team). Close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders (including auditors, bankers, statutory authorities and other cross functional teams). Review policies, systems and processes with the objective of providing direction to the team / process for day to day activities within the framework of applicable legislation, regulatory compliances, company policies and guidelines. Responsible for driving quarterly subsidiary board reviews. Plan and execute the post-acquisition financial integration of the subsidiary. Team management Skillset needed: Goal driven individual capable of establishing a connect with stakeholders. Sound financial acumen and carrying an eye for detail. Knowledge of business drivers in the IT Business / Industry Financial Planning / Risk Management related knowledge Highly analytical and problem solving skills.
