Designing an effective recruitment strategy to full fill the manpower requirements at various levels and recruitment of ITI/Diploma/Graduate Engineers/Fixed Term Contracts/ Third Party Contracts.

Ensure development of technical & managerial skill sets by identifying training needs, IDP's & execution of training programs.

Periodic connect and communication with business partners shop in-charges & employees.
