At WNS Co-creation Lab we aim to change the way we (WNS) engage with clients over complex business problems using human-centered design as our central philosophy.
The job of an UX Designer is to envision how people experience product ideas and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and at times even magical.
In this role, you’ll take on scenarios and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs or demo worthy prototypes that will help Business teams attract lucrative business engagements.
At each stage of the design process, you will anticipate what user needs are, advocate for them and ensure that the final output is built on solid Usability best practices, delights end users and has a confident buying from business investors.
The primary ownership of bringing these solution prototypes to life in the lab and across other engagements lies with the interaction designer.
At a basic level you are required to be a Design thinking evangelist, believer in collaborative thought processes and a solution oriented humble designer to take on day to day challenges.
Education – Graduate or Post-graduation in design is a must – preferably HCI, Interaction or similar areas or equivalent practical experience. 3-5 years of work experience in UX, product design environment and has contributed across multiple product platforms – B2C, B2B, web, mobile, Adaptive, Responsive etc.
