Location: Gurgaon Requirements Responsibilities:
- Manage printing and scanning tasks, ensuring timely completion and high- quality output.
- Operate and maintain printers, scanners, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic printer and scanner issues and perform minor repairs if needed.
- Assist other team members with printing and scanning requirements.
- Ensure proper handling and organization of printed and scanned documents.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Assist with basic data entry tasks, as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing printing and scanning tasks in a previous job or firm.
- Ability to work on-site and be present in the office on a daily basis.
- Basic knowledge of printers, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with computer operations and software relevant to printing and scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.
- Basic data entry experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
