Job description
We are actively seeking an accomplished and skilled Senior Visual Designer to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting visually compelling designs and implementing innovative concepts across diverse digital and print mediums.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in design, mentoring junior team members.
- Integrate innovative design solutions aligned with industry trends.
- Translate client needs and branding strategies into effective design strategies.
- Ensure design decisions align with overarching business objectives.
- Uphold brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and positive user experiences.
- Deliver persuasive design presentations to both internal teams and clients.
- Educate clients on design principles and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Create visually captivating designs across digital and print mediums.
- Conceptualize and design branding materials, including brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collateral.
- Adhere to and evolve brand identity guidelines.
- Exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
- Prioritize deadlines and effectively manage multiple creative projects concurrently.
- Ensure timely delivery while meeting project goals and deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or college diploma, preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
- Creative agency background with a robust portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across mediums.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, demonstrating a strong portfolio and ability to work across various mediums.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to comprehend and persuasively communicate ideas.
