Designation: Client Acquisition & Recruitment Manager.(Handling PAN India)
Only female candidate. Only for work from home basis (Full Time).
JD:
Business Development/New client acquisition.
Handling end to end Non-IT recruitment process.
Sourcing the candidates in job portals/social medias
Headhunting
Interviewing/shortlisting the candidates
Co-ordinating with companies/HR/Recruitment Managers
Interview Co-ordinations
Database Management
Invoice processing payment follow ups etc.
Requirements:
Graduate/MBA with minimum 2 years+ hands on experience in Client Acquisition/BD & end to end Non - IT recruitment field.
Languages: English/Hindi/Kannada
