Job description
Position: Associate Director Sales
Profile Requirements:
Experience: 12-13 years
● Nature of experience: Handled Sales in Manufacturing/ecommerce marketplaces
● Location: Pune / Mumbai
● Has a readily available network of manufacturers/suppliers in Maharashtra
● Established relationships with key contacts in various manufacturing associations/bodies in Maharashtra ● Open to frequent travel
● Since we are setting up business in India, a founder mindset, getting things done and willingness to go beyond the role responsibility are needed
Core Responsibilities:
● Drives, manages and executes the business and sales revenue
● Analyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities
● Educates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricing
● Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans
● Establishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessary
● Ensures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal
● Recruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment
