About the Product - OS1 OS1 is a technology platform to enable businesses with an ecosystem of software tools and applications that can help them achieve speed, scale and accuracy of logistics operations. These tools - developed in-house by Delhivery, have been instrumental in the company achieving best-in-class growth and operational efficiency over the last 10+ years, and are now available via the OS1 platform as easy to access SaaS and API-based solutions. These solutions help businesses to quickly connect, streamline, and grow their operations. We are looking forward to substantial growth in India, and globally through these new technology solutions.

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the GTM and outbound marketing activities for the entire platform. To begin with, for our ready-to-go delivery management Saas solutions

In this role, you will develop the product positioning, pricing, and marketing strategy. You will also own the execution of the marketing strategy, including creating content and running the demand gen campaigns.

What you will do: Develop market intelligence - understand the competition, buying committee personas, and buying criteria. Collaborate with product management to develop marketing content & communication that resonates with the target buyer personas. Develop a marketing plan, calendar, and budget to create the maximum impact. Support our sales team with understanding the problems we solve for our buyers and collaborate with them on developing the sales collateral. Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our products.

What we are looking for: Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical discipline from a Tier-I institute, MBA preferred 5+ years of product marketing management experience in internet startups/ Enterprise-grade SaaS products/ supply chain organizations or e-commerce Experience taking a SaaS product from 0 to 1 Hands-on experience managing paid search and social ad campaigns. Strong communication and organization skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, multi-task, and prioritize Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives, and a strong analytical mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, along with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and the conviction to drive them to completion is crucial for this role Design and copywriting capabilities are a plus Domain knowledge of supply chain/ logistics is preferable but not required.
