Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints, addressing customer satisfaction issues, handling customer calls and emails, resolving customer problems, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service experience
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving customer problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in any field

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge of car mechanics and terminology is a plus
• Fluency in local languages such as Telugu, Hindi, and English is a plus
